Brandon Tubek, CC/NREMT-P, AEMD - Mr. Tubek began his career as an EMS practitioner with Community EMS in 2007. He became a critical care paramedic in 2009 working in the Oakland, Wayne and Macomb county areas spending the majority of his time on the Botsford Hospital MICU. Mr. Tubek is also a certified advanced emergency medical dispatcher working for Parastar, a busy 911-call center located in central Oakland County. Mr. Tubek is an active member with the NAEMT, NAFTO, NREMT, Michigan Association of EMS Practitioner's Association, International Association of Critical Care and Flight Paramedics (IAFCP), as well as the National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatchers. He is the primary field-training officer for CEMS ensuring education of new hires, Critical Care Transport topic matter lecture expert and is a Critical Care Transport Paramedic with CEMS, with an extensive background in social media marketing, graphic design and professional video production. Mr. Tubek also frequently is invited to speak across the region about a wide variety of EMS related topics primarily focusing on critical care transport and leadership development. He also is a certified CEVO instructor and plays an active role in his counties EMS medical control authority. Mr. Tubek is the recipient of the 2014 Oakland County Medical Control Authority Silver Star of Life Excellence Award. Prior to his current position at Community EMS, Mr. Tubek served on multiple highly specialized transport teams including Neonatal/Pediatric Intensive Care Transport and the Gift of Life Organ Donor Retrieval Team. In addition to his EMS career, Mr. Tubek is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management.
