I'm an award-winning editor, writer and brand steward for print and digital content clients. The former executive editor of Working Mother/workingmother.com, I was integrally involved in the brand's mission, strategic planning and management. I oversaw, edited and wrote lifestyle, parenting andwork/life content; top edited every print issue; and assigned and edited original content for the website (with analytics andSEO top of mind). I also helped manage Working Mother's social media strategy.

With 20+ years experience, I've worked for many national publications/websites, among them Parents, Family Circle, Good Housekeeping, Parenting, Child, Weight Watchers and Men’s Fitness andMcCall’s magazines. I've also edited two child-development books, written a health book and edited several cookbooks, and represented publications and organizations as a speaker and panel moderator.

Prior to and post publishing and journalism, I was and am an actress and singer who performed internationally in theatrical productions, in TV and film, and in nightclubs and on cruise ships. I was Aldonza in four productions of Man of La Mancha, notably opposite Hal Linden in a national tour; played Bet and understudied Shani Wallis as Nancy in Oliver(L.A., opposite Dick Shawn); and performed both Hodel and Chava in several productions of Fiddler on the Roof; among numerous theatre credits. I had a supporting TV role in Stephen Spielberg’s Amazing Stories (episode “Gershwin’s Trunk”); and can be seen as a secretary, reporter, funeral attendee, et al. in films and TV including Working Girl, Bonfire of the Vanities, State of Grace, Cadillac Man, Green Card and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

In my spare(!) time, I support the adoption, education and Asian American communities in Greater New York, along with the national nonprofit Share Our Strength/No Kid Hungry.
