Bautista Tusca is a technology executive, Chief Technology Officer, and software architect with over 15 years of experience building large-scale fintech platforms, multi-tenant systems, and regulated financial infrastructure.
He currently serves as CTO at B2FI, where he leads the transformation of financial platforms into multi-region, multi-tenant ecosystems supporting digital wallets, super apps, and electronic money institution (EMI) operations across South America and Europe.
His work focuses on designing highly scalable systems aligned with strict regulatory frameworks, including European compliance standards such as PSD2 and DORA, while enabling rapid deployment of financial products across multiple markets.
Previously, he held senior leadership roles at major fintech and government organizations, including:
• Senior Engineering Manager at Ualá, overseeing platform services for millions of users and millions of daily transactions across Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico
• Engineering Manager and Software Architect for Argentina’s national digital government services, supporting up to 40 million users
• Security and consulting roles at PwC, leading system security audits and advisory projects
