Bubba Pratt

Mr. Bubba Pratt is CEO and/or President of several corporations including Co-Advantage Resources, an outsourcing service company, and is a corporate officer with Exodus Trust Energy, an energy development company.

He has been an independent business owner representing and selling Amway products and services for the past 29 years. Mr. Pratt is an Executive Diamond in the Amway organization and has developed a vast network of IBOs (independent business owners), with business partners in the US and in 17 countries. Mr. Pratt began his career being mentored by Tim Foley, former member of the Miami Dolphins “undefeated season” team and a Double Crown Ambassador IBO for Amway. Mr. Pratt was a sought-after public speaker within Amway for events, having the proven ability to convey his understanding of prospective and current IBOs’ wants and needs while addressing a business approach and system that will allow them to obtain their objectives.

Mr. Pratt continues to be involved in the business world. He started with Amway 1985 when the company was doing approximately one billion in gross sales. In the 29 years he has assisted them, the company has grown significantly; for 2011, sales exceeded $10.9 billion. Mr. Pratt currently had tens of thousands of IBOs in his organization.

Mr. Pratt has spoken in and out of his own organization, and has also spoken to and trained people in other companies. He has shared the stage with Presidents Reagan and Ford; with General Norman Schwarzkopf and Colonel Oliver North; with football legends Coach Tom Landry, Coach Don Shula, Rudy Ruddager, Bob Griese, Bart Starr, Rocky Blier, and Joe Theisman; and with inspirational and motivational figures such as Dr. Norman Vincent Peal, John Maxwell, and Zig Ziglar. Mr. Pratt has also spoken in conferences with entertainers Dolly Parton, Alan Thick, Dick Smothers, Johnny Cash and many others. In his speaking career, Bubba has spoken to audiences in over a dozen countries, sometimes to audiences reaching over 90,000.

Mr. Pratt is frequently contracted to consult with businesses not only in the IBO model but also traditional corporate America. He specializes in sales training and in helping companies and organizations construct foundational Image goals leading to action plans and results.
