Cleo Jones

I am a life-long learner. I feel that I'm called to teach. I've known this for years. I have a bachelor's in sports medicine, an associate's degree in Early Childhood and working towards a Master's in Educational Leadership. I am also interested in pursuing my National Board Certification.

I teach ESL kinder students at an IB PYP campus in the great state of Texas. I have taught pre-kinder through first grader students for the past 13 years and I love every moment of every day. No two years , classes or days are ever exactly the same. I live for those "light bulb" moments when you can witness that new learning is occurring . I love the exponential growth that my little ones make each year. This is the reason that I so love pre-k and kindergarten.

I am the mother of a sweet firsty whom I adore as well as to a cat and dog. I cherish time spent with my family and good friends. I also enjoy blog-stalking, researching, eating, napping, exercising in some capacity (weights, running, swimming, yoga) and creating new educational products for my students.
