Born and Raised in Norristown Pa. and a graduate of Norristown School District. After graduation joined the U.S. Navy. A Gulf War Veteran Buck would receive an Honorable Discharge for his service. After leaving the military began working for General Dynamics a D.O.D contract. He remained in Ca. for another 14years, then returned to Norristown. He purchased his 1 horse 1 month after returning. He immediately begin training and mentoring kids in horsemanship and life skills. This would earn him the name ‘Da Cowboy’. A horse-riding accident in October 2004, would leave Buck paralyzed waist down and believed that he would never walk again. But, after surgery to reconstruct his pelvis, His Faith, and an Un-dying will to beat the odds he would walk and even ride horses again too. Buck became very active in Community Activism. Making a name for himself by speaking publicly about violence and crime. He worked closely with some local organizations aimed to better Norristown. Becoming a Voice for the Norristown Community. Founder of 100 WATTS organization, Buck would also become a Board Member of the Norristown Arts Hill Council and a Steering Committee member of the Norristown Anti-Violence Initiative. His programs are successful, outcome driven and sustainable. He has dedicated his time, experiences, and knowledge to helping people.
