Hello I’m Lesley,

I’m a warm, empathic and intuitive counsellor supporting you to work through challenges or issues you are facing so that you make healthier choices and live your more authentic life.

I am based in Marlow and work with you on a one-to-one basis in my counselling rooms at MIND BUCKS mental health charity in High Wycombe.

Alternatively, I offer walk and talk therapy; your counselling session takes place outdoors in beautiful surroundings in Marlow.

Walking side by side can be much less intimidating. It is counselling in motion - being physically active helps release tensions and stimulates or unblocks thoughts and ideas. It also helps you to connect to your intuition, which resides in the body.
