My experience covers the full range of Hospitality, Customer service, Operations, P&L Development, Safety, Compliance, Sales, Mortgage Sales and Financial Product Sales. I am currently enrolled at CPCC completing my AS and then my Bachelors at UNCC in Transportation and Logistics. I am a born leader with a long history of identifying, developing and directing high performance teams. I have experience managing up to 26 direct reports and up to 500 indirect reports. I give 100% to every interaction with my employees and customers keeping a culture of success in focus. It is my firm belief that as a Leader, you must be inspiring and hands on to motivate the team.
