I am one who strikes up conversations with the people on the sidelines. These are everyday people who, to some, may be invisible. They may be taken for granted. They may be down on their luck or living a dream others cannot imagine. This page is not about me. It is about my interactions with these people. We see them everyday or we don't. The choice is our own really; to notice people that could just as easily slip into the background unscathed by the contact from our own eyes. This is not intended to lift myself or anyone else up. That can be demeaning instead. Nor is this site meant to criticize or degrade an individual due to race, status, creed, orientation, or any other differences of which I fail think. I do not seek these individuals, but when I do, I just feel the urge to hear a new story. It is my goal to discuss myself only within the context of a conversation with these ordinary people who just happen to have wonderful stories to tell. These stories may be based on prior experiences or our very own interaction at the time. I hope you enjoy, are enlightened, and--most importantly--acknowledge the humanity which we so often overlook, ignore, or just plain don't see.
