I currently work as World Wide Customer Marketing Manager at the Lenovo Customer References Center of Excellence. I lead the efforts in building a best-in-class customer advocacy program to engage and grow our community of customers. My team is responsible for developing customer references in a variety of formats that can be leveraged by marketing, sales and campaigns teams across geos in order to build brand awareness and consideration and aide sales enablement.

In my previous role as Global Marketing Manager for Brand and Demand Gen at Lenovo in the Infrastructure Solutions Group (Data Center), I focused on driving our global campaigns, including content creation, creative development, execution, and deployment around the globe. I managed the relationship with our agency partners to ensure that our marketing strategy aligns with our business objectives, crafted with a customer-first mindset.

In my short but impactful stint as transformation lead on Ernst & Young USA's Marketing/Technology Consulting team, I led three agile teams located in Raleigh, London (UK) and Bangalore (India). I was responsible for developing holistic, cross-channel marketing strategies to drive recruitment, retention, and product/subscription sales. I provided direction on value proposition development, customer journey mapping, product positioning, competitor analysis, persona building, and segmentation to increase omnichannel customer engagement.

When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me cuddling my kids, whipping up a wicked Indian meal, playing Words with Friends or taking a walk in the great North Carolina outdoors. As a family, we are also passionate about travel. My life in a hashtag would be: #WanderlustwithKids.
