I’m a qualified nurse and personal trainer with over a decade of hands-on fitness experience. I help busy professionals and older adults move better, feel stronger, and live with more energy,without complicated routines or extreme diets.

Through my work in healthcare and fitness, and my research into sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss), I’ve seen how strength training, balance, and good nutrition can transform lives,especially for people managing long hours at a desk or recovering from health setbacks.

As a former patient liaison, I supported people through appointments and health procedures, helping them feel informed and confident. I bring that same supportive, down-to-earth approach to my training style,meeting people where they are, and guiding them step-by-step toward sustainable change.
