Madlena has been a model for over 15 years and has lived in Milan, Paris, Istanbul, Miami, Hamburg. Currently based in New York City, she started producing 6 years ago when Harpers Bazaar wanted to feature her in an editorial in Bulgaria that she couldn’t attend. By convincing Harpers to let her produce the editorial and model for it in New York City, she also landed the cover and launched her production career. Since then, she has locally produced for major magazines and has featured other models in her productions. Madlena has also been fortunate enough to learn five languages and styling along the way. She began styling shoots along with producing them in 2018. As a lover of animals, nature and life itself Madlena always wanted to help people and animals in need. She has been an Ambassador for the water-focused Georgie Badiel Foundation, who awarded her with the Hope Award 2019 for her devoted work in creating awareness and raising capital for the organization. She also became a Compassion Angel for Compassion Is Beautiful (a charity that helps dogs and cats in shelters). She believes that “we are all connected and we all need help at one point or another”, so she tries to give back wherever and whenever she can. More recently, Madlena has learned a great deal about makeup, skincare and the broader beauty market, which is a growing interest of hers!
