Bunty Madan

With over a decade of experience, I play a pivotal role in Grab’s Developer Experience team, where I lead the optimisation of the iOS Continuous Integration (CI) infrastructure. My work ensures that Grab’s iOS applications—key to our super-app’s mobility, deliveries, and financial services—are built, tested, and released with maximum efficiency.

I continuously innovate, refining CI processes to reduce build times, improve testing accuracy, and streamline releases, supporting Grab’s fast-paced development cycles. In addition to CI, I develop advanced observability mobile SDKs and backend tools that provide real-time insights into app performance, user behaviour, and system health. These tools empower our teams to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users across Southeast Asia.

My career began in 2013 as a full-stack mobile developer, leading to significant roles at Accenture India, where I developed iOS enterprise solutions for major clients and earned multiple promotions and awards. In 2018, I joined GovTech Singapore, contributing to the development of SingPass Mobile and CorpPass Mobile, critical components of Singapore’s digital identity system. Later, at SP Group, I managed the development of the SP Utilities App, essential for Singapore’s sustainability efforts.

I also maintain a top 5% profile on Stack Overflow, reflecting my commitment to continuous learning and contributing to the tech community.
