Howdy, I’m Chad.
I am a fan of writing, reading, and photography. I’m also interested in travel and Investment.
In my role as Harvest Lane Asset Management’s Operations Manager, I manage the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensure organisational effectiveness.
When I joined Harvest Lane my initial focus was to manage the migration of the business model from a wholesale fund structure to a retail fund offering. This included everything from the development of the new website, branding, communications, creating portfolio management systems and streamlining operational efficiencies. With Harvest Lane’s offering moving to a retail fund, my role will become more investor-focused and involve ensuring that the firm’s organisational strategies and practices support the best possible outcomes for our clients.
I have over 10 years experience in both Australian and international financial markets. I have traded in options (both company and ETO's), futures, stocks, warrants and ETF's.
Prior to Harvest Lane, I worked at HC Securities as a Private Client Advisor where I mentored and supported new and existing clients. I played a major role in creating a night desk where I provided trade execution for various trading strategies targeted at the US Equity, FX and Futures markets.
I started my career at OptionsXpress providing trading support and execution services to retail and wholesale clients.
As a former Designated Trading Representative, I have a number of industry qualifications including certification as an Accredited Derivatives Advisor as well as a Bachelor of Finance from Newcastle University.
