Burleigh Skidmore CPA
Burleigh Skidmore, CPA, is a writer, singer, accountant, and musician from Seattle, Washington. In 2009, Mr. Skidmore participated in a live score tour for director Josh Pomer's film, "Tk8 Last Ride." He assisted songwriter Tom Curren in five successful shows at the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, the Santa Cruz Rio Theatre, the San Francisco Victoria Theatre, the Newport Beach Lido Theatre, and the San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art. Mr. Skidmore regularly sings and plays with the Hope Ranch Posse Band for the annual Hope Ranch Beach and Music Festival in Santa Barbara, California, of which he is the co-founder and co-chairman.
Burleigh Skidmore, CPA, attended the University of California, Los Angeles to study accounting and graduated from California State University, Fullerton in Orange County with a BA in Business Accounting. Having completed his formal education, Mr. Skidmore became a California certified public accountant and established an accounting firm with a wide range of services in Santa Barbara, California. Alongside his career as a musician, Mr. Skidmore comes from a long line of certified public accountants, and has experience giving successful services to owners of multimillion dollar estates.
During his years in California, Burleigh Skidmore, CPA, has participated on the board of the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission, as well as the Trinity Baptist Church. He is currently the manager of the Burleigh J. Skidmore & Associates CPA firm, which is in its 19th year of business.
