David Burrows

David has been a primary school headteacher and a school improvement partner.

He is experienced in school improvement including headteacher appraisal. He has particular expertise in different models of leadership in primary schools. Having help set up an academy Umbrella Trust of primary schools, he has a strong belief in the power of the "School Led System".

David is based in Oxfordshire.
