Evan Burrus

Evan Burrus is a multi-instrumentalist and composer currently based in Houston, Texas.
Burrus was born into a musical family. From an early age he was exposed to a wide variety of music that has helped him to develop his eclectic style. He attended Houston's prestigious High School for Performing and Visual Arts, the alumni of which include many of this day's leading musicians, artists and educators.
Burrus attended the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York, where he earned his Bachelor's of Music in Jazz and Contemporary Media. While completing his studies he performed around Rochester as a professional musician in many capacities.
Since graduating in 2015, Burrus has moved back to his hometown of Houston.
