I have worked in the health care industry for over 4 years and I take my job very serious. I am usually the first person that the patient sees and I try to meet their needs, byanswering questions that they might have and making sure that the chart is put together and in the right place to speed up the process for the patient. Checking all insurance and make sure that it is filed to the correct place. It is one of the most rewarding things to try to help a patient who is ill get the care that they desire. Answering the phone in a professional manner and get the patient an appointment that works for them.
