Upon completion of my studies at the University of Missouri and Honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, I entered the field of real estate in 1977. I worked and trained with three prominent firms in the St. Louis area. I was a member of the Missouri Association of Realtors, The St. Louis Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors where I was honored as Top agent on several different occasions.

I worked with my wife Pam, also a licensed agent and together we started a company called Occupancy Specialists.

OS specialized in obtaining full occupancy for owners of large apartment communities. Our client list included some of the nations largest developers and we achieved success in multiple states across the US. We handled all aspects of marketing, leasing, advertising, maintenance, while working on site and maintaining hours of 9 am- 9 pm 7 DAYS PER WEEK!! That continued until we located in Florida in 1998. We pursued other business interests from our base in Florida and commuted back an forth from Washinton DC area until 2002. I took a position in a public company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and served as President of US and Canada for the Consumer side of our business.

All of this leads to coming HOME to do what I do best...help people buy, sell, or lease the home of their dreams. Although I specialize in East Delray and West Boynton Beach, I do business from The Treasure Coast to The Upper Keyes. I have significant referral resources throughout the US.
