I am an innovative, creative visual artist who is taking my artistry into desserts and pastry entrepreneurship - the Caribbean dessert business. I love the taste of freshly made, home-style food.
I love to bake and cook good healthy food and have always thought about opening my own business, being able to incorporate things I enjoy, and share that pleasure with others.
Deciding that I did not want to continue being a starving artist, I turned my attention to my second love, baking. I went to baking school. My flavour inspirations are Caribbean, French, and Canadian.
I currently cater to individual requests for birthdays, get togethers, or if an individual wants a small cake, I accommodate that desire.
