Stage 1: We will meet with the Owners/Directors to ascertain the cause for concern, or requirement. This may simply be the need to ensure accurate management information is received, maybe even to link this to a robust Budget, or it may be a cashflow crisis situation. We shall discuss the requirements, and provide a plan of action.

Stage 2: In most cases we start by ensuring your accounting system is accurately reporting true monthly management information. Most businesses we fail at this very first level, and are truly managing their business 'in the dark'. We will ensure clarity and accuracy of your accounting information - and please do not be fooled by assuming that if you have a bookkeeper, accountant, or even Finance Director in place, that your management information 'must' be accurate. In our experience, 9 times out of 10 it is not! We may need to interrogate your accounts system, correct where necessary, but ultimately ensure accurate reporting. This is the first stage towards turning the light back on so that you can see clearly forwards.

Stage 3: We will meet with the Owners/Directors to discuss the findings of Stage 2, and provide them with a full Financial Review based upon those findings. This may allay concerns or lead to further ongoing financial assistance, which may involve producing a Business Plan or simple Budget and the means to ensure accurate monthly management reporting. Alternatively, we shall draw up a more involved action plan with a budget for future ongoing assistance.

We will identify the needs, and set about providing a robust Action Plan to resolve any weaknesses, which will ultimately lead to greater visibility for the Owners/Directors and should lead to greater Financial awareness and success for the future.
