About me
My name is Button Wilde and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a Lecturer at West Suffolk College.
I hold a BA Hons. Degree in Integrative Counselling/ Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Child & Adolescents Counselling. I also have Certificates in Psychology and in Grief & Bereavement Counselling.
Over the past four years I have attained a number of certificates for "Professional Development" which include an On-line Counselling Seminar, Venerable child & Adult safeguarding, as well as workshops on Dreams, Nurtured Heart Approach , Art & Play, Working with Imagery & Metaphors.
I also have experience in Telephone Counselling and I offer Email, Skype or Telephone Consultations.

My interest areas are Trauma, Grief & Bereavement, Child & Adolescent Counselling and Reparative work via Therapeutic Play/Dramtherapy. I occasionally use various mediums and art materials, such as Buttons, Imagery, Sand Play & Puppets.
As well as running a Private Practice, I teach Counselling & Mindfulness for West Suffolk College part time and I hold workshops in Kings Lynn and Thetford, Norfolk which cover a wide range of Therapeutic subjects.
I am a Registered Member of British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) This is the recommended level of membership that the public should be looking for when seeking a therapist.
