That is when Suzanne founded Buyer's Only Coastal Realty in May 2000 and discovered NAEBA existed as a foundation and movement to educate buyers, that there is an option to buying real estate safely, assuring their interest is never commingled within the same real estate office as the sellers Dual Agency practiced in regular RE Offices.
