Hello, and welcome to my page. I am based in Cheshire and help homeowners all over the UK to sell their house fast. I buy houses myself as an investor and I also work with other investors who are looking to buy property.

I started my property buying business Ask Susan about 10 years ago now and since then I've helped thousands of people across the UK with selling their home quickly . I mainly deal with and specialise in helping those who have difficult to sell houses or people who require a very fast property sale, sometimes within a matter of weeks.

I have help people sell quickly due to emigation, job relocation, divorce, or to sell their house fast to avoid being repossessed. Over the years I have dealt with a range of different problems and have provided creative many solutions for all sorts of property problems.
