I believe that if I live as my true self I can leave the earth a better and more beautiful place.

Beading, for me, is an excellent way to leave a tangible representation of my creative spirit.

Beadwork makes people smile. Getting a new piece of beadwork makes people happy. I am proud to be able to share my vision with others.

Because beadwork can be a time consuming activity, when you look at an intricate piece, you are often looking at a significant piece of a person’s life. I often think about the women in the Middle Ages who spent their lives working on their family tapestries….

I hope someday in the future, when someone looks at a piece of my work, I hope it makes them smile.
