I was born in 1978 in Romania and in 2002 I graduated in English/ French filology at the Faculty of Letters from Cluj-Napoca. During this time I was part of the Young Freelance Translatoras Association and did EN/FR< RO tehnical translations.
In 2004 I decided it was time for a change of scenary. so I emigrated to Spain. I took up a master programme on Applied Linguistics at the University of Cordoba and worked as an English teacher to be able to keep up with my daily expenses.
In 2005 I moved to Barcelona pursuing a new career and managed to be part of the teaching staff of a prestigious international school there. Since 2011 I am registered in the PhD programme of Applied Linguistics at the Univresity of Barcelona.
However, the world of translation keeps coming back to me simply beacause it is one of my passions and I will never let it go.
