Meg Buzzi is a systems translator who helps leaders navigate transformation by seeing what's actually happening beneath the surface.

A former Chief Information Officer, Meg has advised elite institutions including Johns Hopkins University, the New Zealand government (Callaghan Innovation), and UCLA on transformation initiatives that require both technical sophistication and emotional intelligence.

She has delivered keynotes to the World Bank, designed community engagement strategies across South Asia and East Africa for Johns Hopkins, and led $10 million data integration programs at R1 universities.

With an MFA from Iowa Writers' Workshop and 20+ years leading technological change, Meg translates between worlds that don't speak to each other: ancient wisdom and AI, intuition and C-suite decision-making, the emotional truth underneath and the technical solution on top.

She is co-founder of Fixchr consulting and author of "The In-Between: Ancient Work Wisdom for Uncertain Times." Meg holds PCC/CPCC certifications from the International Coach Federation and was a fellow at the Nature, Art & Habitat Residency in Italy.

Meg creates immersive experiences that foster relationship-building, collective discovery and novel solutions.
