Meg (she/her) is a PCC-certified coach, facilitator, writer and process artist. She works to evoke transformation and reconnect people and organizations to what truly matters to them.
A former Chief Information Officer, Meg has led multi-million-dollar change efforts in K-12, higher education, government, and tech. Her most valuable learning is about building trust when humans are engaged in challenging work.
Meg is a graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop and a contributor to the books Fieldworking (Bedford St. Martin’s), The Rhetoric of Inquiry (Macmillan), and Narrative Generation (2016). In 2019 she was a fellow at the Nature, Art & Habitat Residency in Val Taleggio, Italy.
Her specialties include: ideation, emergent strategy, high-trust & high-performance teams, coaching, retreat planning, change management, higher education, workforce culture, writing and tarot.
