Becky Vliet

My name is Becky, Rebecca at birth but I can't stand that name. Family is allowed to call me Becca, but only family. My mother in law calls me Becky-Girl which always makes me smile but again, only she can call me that. So basically your stuck with Becky... or Beckie or even Becki lol

I graduated from a medium sized high-school in 2009. Grew up in a small-ish town, Central Square, NY (not to be confused with New York City... seriously New York City is so small and barely a part of NY why do people always assume NY means NYC).

Anyway... I met my husband in 6th grade and then after graduation he left for the navy. Hardest time of my life. After finding out he was being stationed in Japan I took a look at my life and decided I wasn't ready for the type of life I would have being with him. After a very hard year I finally came to my senses and told him I was wrong. He proposed a week later and we got married about 4 months later and I moved to Japan.

From there life has been a crazy uphill battle but I wouldn't change it for anything.I currently started my own graphic design page and a new blog all about my thoughts.
