Hey everyone my name is Brittain- I love to motivate others to live a healthy fit life. I have been into interval training for about two years and have loved the results it gives me. The best thing I find about interval training is you can do a full body workout in less than 30 minutes. I use to spend hours in a gym to gain the same results, but with my workouts I acheive the same results, if not better, in less than 30 minutes. Who needs a gym membership when you can workout at home. Knowing you can finish a complete full body workout in less than 30 minutes should be motivation enough to get up and DO IT. I do use six pieces of equipment for my workouts and I highly recommend getting them. However, if you don't want to get them all at one time I would definitley say get the Gymboss timer first! You can do any interval training without equipment. Personally I consider my Gymboss equipment since I can do a full workout just using my timer
