Billy Christopher Watford

• Military Service

I am an Infantry Staff Sergeant in the South Carolina Army National Guard where I lead, instruct, and mentor eight soldiers including two Sergeants who are my team leaders. I also acquired a prestigious skill identifier known as (F7) or Pathfinder during my deployment to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2012. I also serve as a member of the South Carolina Honor Guard / South Carolina Military Funeral Honors.

• Employment

I am also employed as a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut Inc. where I have worked for nearly one year while finishing my Bachelors of Business Administration at Francis Marion University. During this time I have established a tracker to log all store complaints where credit is given to mitigate redemption issues with customers while different managers are working. I also have met all bonus requirements for the last 3 out of 3 periods with our new franchise owners.

• Education

Upon completion of my Bachelors Degree, I have a strong desire to move into the Area/Regional management level of the food and beverage or retail industry while I continue my education towards a Masters of Business Administration.

I plan on remaining in South Carolina while pursuing my career goals but am willing to relocate throughout the state. I have a very strong work ethic and a contagious leadership style that makes my peers and subordinates strive to be the best that they can be. I embrace challenges and work diligently to see that my subordinates are properly trained and taken care of while surpassing company goals.
