My career began as a Brewer. A role one part science, one part engineering and one part art.

After delivering a world class integrated brewhouse I began consulting for some of the worlds largest Enterprise Software vendors. During this time I built business cases for clients. I began to recognise that a significant proportion of benefits were available to the organisation without incurring unnecessary and disruptive costs.

Following repeated frustrations I went on to develop a repeatable method helping businesses deliver benefits through projects.

This method and the work I completed helped me to write Change Management: An Implementer's Guide.
