I am Owner & Master Confectioner at By Gilles, an online French candy store based in Orange County, California.

My Born-Place is Normandy and grew-up in the center of France. After four years of studying at Belgium’s prestigious culinary institute, CERIA in Anderlecht, he returned to France to accomplish my “Tour de France”, working in Paris, Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand as Pastry Chef, Chocolatier and Candy maker.
