Pilar is a Spaniard based in Chicago who, after spending 8 years working in Advertising as a Strategic and Digital planner, decided to change the path of her career to found Today is the Day.

Driven for the willing of understanding why we get stuck on changes (even when we know they will make us happier), and how creativity and design can help us deal with that, she spent the last year and a half studying creativity techniques, design thinking, and how those changes affect our everyday lifes.

Now it´s time to make Today is the Day live as an evolutive project, from where she will keep on exploring changes and creativity which she will share with you.

Before founding Today is the Day, Pilar worked in different advertising agencies in Spain where she helped both, clients and agencies, adapt themselves into the digital economy. There she worked on innovative strategies for clients such as Mercedes- Benz, Johnnie Walker, Mini or the Fiat group.
