Long Beach is the 10th city in which he has resided, including one abroad. Byron is the co-creator of the 90 Day Enhancement, a coaching program which provides a contemporary, innovative support structure for individuals to get their projects into high gear through focusing on bringing forth their management and leadership skills. He loves being a resource for individuals and communities and is working with his long term partners from the People of African Descent Empowerment Group to build an urban World Resource Network to facilitate the sharing of services, information and resources, while completing his doctorate in Organizational Management and Consulting.
