Denise McBurnie

I work part-time at a big box store doing inventory management on 3rd shift, and am also a full-time college student pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Mobile Development. I have a love for old furniture that I can bring life back into, and I am constantly looking for new projects to work on in my free time. I have many things that I like/love including: comfortable shoes, animals, traveling, relaxing at home with family, watching movies and tv shows, being entertained by my little bear (she's a cat that is confused lol) and her partner in crime (another confused kitty), craft projects and so much more.

I am also a lover of design and photography. The image you see in the background is one of my favorites from a trip to Boston. This particular scene is in New Hampshire, and was taken from the Amtrack I was riding on. I am very quick to snap a picture of something that turns my head no matter where I am. Another tidbit about this particular photo... it was taken with my Blackberry. Not bad for a phone on a fast moving train!

I love to create and design crafty items, and am in the middle of 3 crochet blankets at the moment. One is a Bruins blanket for a friends boyfriend, and the other two are Skull themed. I am always working on something!
