Hey everyone, I’m Chris. I’m a Hospitality Management Recruiter and team coach with Goodwin Recruiting living in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Successful recruiters can help to identify your needs and really understand your business and management style, which helps in finding you the right candidates. Knowing your concept, visiting it, and seeing how it operates are a few ways I have successfully built congruent relationships with my clients. I really enjoy building those relationships and supporting my clients' success. As a Hospitality recruiter, I use my skills to form strong connections with my clients and candidates, yielding long-term, successful placements.

With 20 years in the restaurant industry and an education in Hospitality Business Management, I bring a lot of experience to the table. Out of my 12 years in management, seven were spent as a General Manager. I have worked with large upscale companies such as Ruth's Chris and Landry's and have been involved in multiple openings including the Golden Nugget Casino in Atlantic City.

In 2021, I joined the Goodwin team as a Recruiting Partner. I have close relationships with my clients in the South Florida, Maryland, and North Carolina markets. My clients include large multi-concept companies, small family-owned businesses, bars and nightclubs, and country clubs. I live in the South Florida market and visit my local clients regularly. I was able to secure seven clients in my first five months with the Goodwin team.

Outside of the office, I spend time at the park or the beach with my terrier-mix-rescue from Puerto Rico. I enjoy getting out for a round of golf or relaxing with a nice cigar and a rum & coke. You might find me working on my car when I'm not behind my desk. I also enjoy visiting family and clients in Maryland whenever I get the chance.
