Waking up to the annoying buzzing of an alarm clock at 4:00 AM, when the voices in your head are telling you it's too cold and too early to be awake, but still you find yourself getting out of bed and plunging into ice cold water only to find yourself fully awake, focused and ready for what lies ahead.
