Abdirashid Ibrahim is a proud Somaliland citizen, the Founder & CEO of Somali Jobs Inc, Former Co-Founder & CEO of Inspire Group Africa & Former Associate Dean of the Faculty of ICT, the University of Hargeisa in Somaliland - He is the Country Coordinator of inasp.org, he is the current Director-General of the Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs & Family and the former Director-General of the Ministry of Planning & National Development, Somaliland. He holds MA in International Relations & Diplomacy from the University of Hargeisa, MA in Educational Management & Administration from the University of Nairobi, Post-Graduate Diploma in educational Management & Administration from Islamic University in Uganda, BA in Business Administration from UoH & Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA. He is currently a lecturer in various universities delivering lectures related to Leadership, Peacebuilding, conflict resolution, Mediation, Political Science & Organization development-related topics. His competencies range from Business Administration, Public Management, Public Administration, Leadership, Politics, International Relations, Project Management, Advocacy, Communications to Public Relations.
