Cade is from a business and oilfield driven town of Midland, Texas. Growing up in sales and business surroundings, he has a vast amount of leadership experience as well as business knowledge. He is a hard-worker, as well as a dependent and quick learning asset, learned from years working in the family run business. Driven by his compelling desire to succeed and eagerness to grow in the business world, he embraces challenges and obstacles, and welcomes the opportunity to help others grow and gain their own success.
