I'm a Registered Dietitian who's pretty annoying about eating heathy and the all the "stuff" that goes along with it. I try to get those around me to eat their veggies, exercise, blah, blah, blah....but I can only do so much. I need a place to share my thoughts, opinions and information on health, wellness and fitness- for their sake and mine.
