Publicis Work Highlights: My focus since joining the agency has been to create a more "open" creative culture. In a more complex communications world, we need to celebrate different perspectives and approaches. The challenge for agencies today is "How diverse do we have to become to get good?". To this end, we want creatives involved in strategy, account people inspiring creative and media ideas, and planners bringing fresh perspectives from outside the category (or cross-category dressing as I like to call it!).
Previous Work History: Before joining Publicis Seattle, I ran two top 10 London advertising agencies: Lowe and Euro RSCG. Prior to this, I spent the bulk of my career running large clients including Kellogg, Unilever (Foods and Personal Care), Tesco and Volvo.
In terms of what I 'm most proud of, it was probably when Tesco was recognized as "Advertiser of the Year" by Campaign magazine.
Random Fact: Show me a disco ball and good music and I'll be on the dance floor under the delusion that I'm a young Robbie Williams.
