I have been writing since before I can remember. I used to spend summers at my Grandma’s house writing creative stories and letting my imagination run wild. When I was packing for college, I found a newspaper design that I made when I was no more than 10-years-old. I guess pen and paper have always been where I’ve felt most at home.
Well I guess you can’t be physically be “home” with paper as it’s not a destination, but more of a traveling companion.
Home is Scottsdale, Arizona. No matter where else I’ve lived, that’s where I grew up, where I was raised.
While pen and paper guided me through the years, my second home was at the dance studio. I danced competitively for almost 10 years. Most of my memories growing up happened at the dance studio, at a competition, or with my dance family.
In 2011, I graduated from Horizon High School and headed to Baylor University. The Waco, Texas humidity just wasn’t for me so I packed up again and began my Public Relations career at Arizona State University.
I am currently a Public Relations major at the Walter Cronkite School for Journalism & Public Relations.
When I’m not writing, you can find me serving on the executive board for Delta Gamma at ASU, attending meetings for Greek Intervarsity or watching way too much Netflix.
