Hello - I am Al Brown, Sr. CEO of the Northern California Asthma Camp, CAlifornia FairPlay.

We are the only Northern California Asthma Camp that is free for youth between the ages of 6-12.

Our camp runs for 4 days and 3 nights at Camp Arroyo in Livermore, which is owned by the Taylor Family Foundation who is in partnership with the East Bay YMCA.

Along with our volunteers are medical staff and student nurses.

We all board 2 buses that leave from the George Sims Community Center and travel to Livermore, CA.

Each year we strive to accommodate up to 85 kids on a first come first served basis.

Giving a child with Asthma a true camp experience is priceless. Teaching them how to accept and care for their Asthma, what the triggers are and how to stay on top of it is our goal.
