Cafe Gusto

Cafe Gusto was born in 2019, and named after our nephew baby Augsto! We both come from tight knit European families, where food is very important sydney catering platters. Our backgrounds are full of passion, love and lots of yelling and laughing along the way. Anthony growing up in his Nonno & Nonna's restaurant, learning all the family secrets. Laeti growing up with a natural love for cooking and food thanks to her Grandpere & famous Maman's cooking and published recipe book collection. Together we finally spread our wings from our crazy European families and opened cafe Gusto. We take pride in our food & heritage, and try to take a little tradition with a modern influence.
