Fi Hills
London
Enabling people and organisations to harness the power of change is what she's all about. Starting out in the performing arts gave her the mental agility to constantly predict and manage change in her own professional life. While having lived in London for over 30 years, Fi is still full of her native Northern soul. A maverick in her field, she foresaw the explosion of call-centres in the early 90’s and was one of the first people to embrace this ground-breaking technology. In fact, she designed and created one of the very first service provider systems for call centres in the UK.
Throughout the 90’s Fi ran volume assessment, mass recruitment programmes with a multi-million pound turnover. The noughties saw the beginning of her fascination with virtual intelligence and the potential that lay ahead. Her journey has seen wondrous highs - but it hasn’t always been that way. The global recession, negative partnerships, bereavement and bad timing have all, at times, threatened to sink her.
Her innate buoyancy, resilience and desire to innovate and share her learnings has meant that she has continued to stay ahead of the game - no matter what comes her way. Today Fi Hills is recognised internationally as the ‘Teacher of Teachers’. She is a master facilitator who has been successfully training others to manage organisational change for over two decades.
Her ability to plan for, as well as communicate the benefits of, experiential learning are second to none. Fi teaches us to use our emotional and social intelligence to think at a higher level, creating transformational culture change at the core of an organisation.
