I have decided to go it alone.... Professionally and personally... I have formed a company and become a 'Director'... grander it seems in print than in reality... Being a Chef, at the moment, the company focuses on the delivery of my services to those who require it. I am thinking about ways to expand, but being an entrepreneur does not come easy to me! Yet.... lol...

I ride a motorbike most days, although through necessity, unfortunately, a car has taken over as the main mode of transport.

Passions are my family, friends, food, music, writing poetry and racing........ be it two or four wheels... human or internal combustion. I am trying not to include work in that list.... But ..... I am passionate about any work I do.... Mostly to the detriment of the former.... I seem to be at a constant cross road in my life.... Or is it a roundabout?
