Hey! I'm Cailey. I'm a student currently living in Toronto.

I love snowboarding, writing, and listening to music. I'm also a fan of travelling and exploring new destinations. I have a passion for arts, where on my spare time, I love to work with ink, paint, or pencil.

I use VSCO, which is a great editing software to publish my everyday adventures, which can range from vacation photos to concert shots, candid moments to my day-to-day selfies, oops. You can view my photos with a click on the button above!

Last year, I graduated high school as an Ontario scholar. During my high school career, I took a class called media studies, and because of that, I realized my future had to do with something in advertising. Once I was accepted into my dream program at Ryerson University, Creative Industries, I began to realize hard work truly pays off. This interdisciplinary program handles the business side of the creative fields. By studying the business of media, my passion for advertising has grown immensely. A little way down the road I hope to work in an advertising agency to collaboratively help create the ideas behind the advertisements. Maybe one day, I will also be able to design the advertisements myself!

Over the past few years I have worked in the food industry, as a hostess and waitress. Not only has this enhanced my communication skills, but further, my ability to effectively multi-task. When working in a restaurant, presentation becomes so important in order to meet customers’ expectations. This presentation, of both the food and my service, represents the guest experience. By working in this industry, I have gained the soft skills that would allow me to work successfully in an advertising agency.
