Caio Saad

Hello, my name is Caio Saad and I am of the co-founders of AMLabs Ventures which is a venture builder focused on taking innovative ideas out of the paper.

I am one of those dreamers who believe entrepreneurship make the world a better place to live.

I am following this dream by empowering small and medium businesses to be more effective and profitable through the use of technology.

With a Computer Science degree from Unicamp and a certificate in New Ventures Leadership from MIT, I am a passionate and seasoned entrepreneur.

I have worked in large companies such as IBM to startups, in Brazil, US and Europe. In 2012, after spending 3 intense years traveling and working in the US, mainly in the Silicon Valley, I returned to Brazil and founded my first business, which significantly changed the day-to-day of many small business focused on coffee distribution, convenience and self-service industry.

I am also passionate about connecting to smart and interesting people, understanding what drives them. As Simon Sinek once said, “100% of customers are people. 100% of employees are people. If you don't understand people, you don't understand business.”

In my personal life, I love to be with my family and friends, to play tennis and to travel around the world.
