I was bornand raised in Scotland and had an interest in photography from a young agebecause of my mother’s enthusiasm for it. I enjoyed working with film and chemicals however now I primarily workwith digital equipment. Photography letsme slow things down in an otherwise hectic world and lets me view things in myown time and perspective.

I havealways had an interest in music photography, trying to capture the energy of alive performance and watching out for that perfect shot. I have also taken toportrait photography where I try to tell a story of a person through an imageby connecting with people in my images and finding out about them.
