Caitlin O'Hara
Boston, MA
Caitlin O'Hara is a Massachusetts native who is currently a Masters of Fine Art Candidate at Boston University. Through the theater program, Caitlin has pursued an education in Scenic Design and has collaborated on such works as Mary's Wedding, Henry V, and Anne Boleyn. Caitlin has had experience designing in both proscenium, black box, and found spaces. She loves working in the theater setting because it allows collaborative ideas to fuse and flourish.
Caitlin has received a Bachelor's of Architecture from Syracuse University and has enjoyed the transfer of technical skills in one area of study to another, while at the same time being able to apply different theory behind the designs. She hopes to keep utilizing her understanding of architectural space and applying that in her designs for theatrical productions.
